Can anyone give a summary of the article in The Australian? I'm off-shore and don't really want to subscribe for 1 article.
53c is a tad lower than I would have liked but if its a substantial sized raising (i.e. 44million as posted here) I can see why the discount.
Interesting that they didn't try a scrip-takeover and allow them to retain some ownership of the company. Probably could of gotten it cheaper.
