re: last nights actions shows yet again that I am still very cautious we are out of the woods, the markets are waiting for more data to show the way forward on the inflation front. I went short ASX200 at about 5015 and was looking pretty sick when I went to bed at 2am, it was about 5085, but seeing the rally sold down is not a good sign. The night before the DOW was down about 100 points before a late rally almost got it square.
There is a major tug of war going on between bulls and bears at this point in time and the bulls are losing their grip a little. Inflation data is the key I reckon.
