SP will re-rate when market is convinced that a number of items are addressed, firstly funding, PB wouldn't be looking at land in Darwin for Tivan Processing Plant wasn't being funded by Germans or Export Bank, why kid yourself.
Secondly, Off Take agreements, these negotiations have and are taking place and deals will be done. When, not if these items are finalized, will the SP rise above current levels, with increased volumns, GLTA
