Exactly! Generally large "Smart money" can't simply just buy into a stock as they please. This will cost them money. What would happen is they will force the price up during their accumulation phase, and when they have finished their accumulation the price will then correct back to where they started the buying because the general market participants can't continue the momentum and the weak holders will take profits...
So what the smart money does is wait for (or cause) a shake down in price, so they can then accumulate on the quiet without forcing the price up from their own buying price significantly.
Today looks like a perfect example of this. The lower prices were snapped up without hesitation due to a planned shakeout.
Perfect move!
Fundamentals and technicals, (which are both highly relevant), are lining up perfectly in MNS.
IMO, YOU DON'T WANT TO BE OUT OF THIS STOCK WHEN/IF THE MINING LICENSE IS ANNOUNCED IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE!
