From what I have located on the internet it appears that Halliburton has acquired Oxane's IP as part of Oxane's bankruptcy proceedings in Texas.

Just google Oxane ip Halliburton and check a few results down.

Oxane's OxThor Proppants at a specific gravity of 3.0 is less than 5% fines for 20000psi. This looks like it can be used as a underwater deep well Proppant.
