They should have raised the money on the asx instead give long term share holders the chance to raise at a discount, with an option for a huge discount.
They have destroyed a huge amount of investor wealth and give then american a huge give for no apparent reason other than wanting to be on the nasdaq which does nothing for them.
Yet some of you praise them for this give me a break.
