OV, in some ways I agree with you but then two things stand out that make me disagree.
Firstly, look at what CSD has managed to do with limited funds and an extremely unpleasant investment environment for resource stocks. It is producing, it has a $100 million plant, it has drilling contracts in place worth $20 million.
Secondly, the share price/market cap is healthy if compared to peers. KAS sits around $10 mil and VMS is about $5 mil. CSD is around $50 million. Even big IBG is falling fast, down to 6.4 cents.
I don't blame management as really how else can they play this under the circumstances?
Unfortunately, sometimes picking the winner means squat when the sector play is against you. I heard through the grapevine (actually Bloomberg but I can't track the source) October might be okay for resources again...
