Best way around the tax problems IMO - saves a fortune in CGT.
You need to seek advice from a good tax accountant on what will suit your circumstances best, as there are obviously costs in running a company too.
Sometimes you can be lucky enough to 'buy' a company with a large tax loss on the books so the first profits from your share trading are offset against past losses.
