Looks like it's probably natural for the review/install ratio to always diminish.
Essentially those downloading it first a wanting to 'try' something and their own opinion would be stronger on the product to want to show and share with others.
The next layer of installers may be downloading due to a friends/family recommendation and their expectation may be higher prior to using the product hence less motivated to share how they feel in the product.
Wouldn't be surprised that via the next 5mill threshold the ratio is towards to 75/70
