On one coal deal I was instrumental in negotiating it took almost 2 years to get everything sorted out for final signature and this was tiny compared to the deal Armour is negotiating. This deal, if it eventuates (and I think it will) is literally worth billions and will be binding for many years. There are many and complex problems to solve as it involves governmental policies, tax laws plus a plethora of items. Just to get to this stage is a monumental step forward.
