The SPP is looking shaky. The $30.95 insto placement is under water and a 2% discount on a 5-day VWAP is hardly an inducement in these volatile times! Of course, the DY is attractive, so I have no problem with this stock, per se, but investors will likely be able to buy below the VWAP if they are careful and lucky.
