Howdy all ,

I have received a response from CDU.

Further to your queries we advise as follows:-

a. An update was released yesterday.

b. The vast majority of the work that is being conducted on site at this time relates to the electrical installation works by Sinosteel. In addition the fire suppression system is being installed and the company plans to start shortly on the commissioning work for the plant.

c. As soon as the Company has finalised its plans an announcement will be made. The Board are working on a number of short term and medium term funding options and as soon as they are finalised the market will be advised and the VS lifted. All options are being considered but the Board believe that it is important that when a decision is made that the Company has certainty as to where it is going and how it will get there.

We plan to provide a comprehensive update as soon as the funding issue is sorted. Until that time there is little point in disclosing too much speculative information.
