If you take a look at the Terms and Conditions of the proposed Options within the Notice of General Meeting, you'll see that 1/3 of the options will be delivered to the two co-founders:

"upon launch of the Product Portfolio at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in January 2016"

Phantom has fundamentally misunderstood what the product is about, along with the timeframes. Which is fine, it's early days and this is what marketing is for.

In terms of the Curtin Uni partnership, Professor Sven Nordham and Professor Kevin Fynn are coming on-board as senior management to assist.

Sensear is a spin-off company directly arising from Nordholm’s research innovations and research work in the Western Australian Telecommunications Research Institute signal processing laboratory. Sensear has established distribution and marketing bases in Europe and the US. They supply to manufacturing, mining, construction, military, law enforcement and entertainment industry customers. Customers include Alcoa, Boeing, Qantas, OneSteel and BHP Billiton.
