It's super and family trust, I had the choice 15 years ago to get a flash house and car, sat down and worked out it would not make me any happier. When my daughter had her first child everything went into ensuring the grandkids each had a house when they were older. Worked out best for everyone. I had nothing when I was young and still got most of it left. My two best mates made a lot of money like I did years ago went for a 7 bedroom house on the hill $130000 car to drop the kids at school, one is divorced with a drinking habit the other is dead. Never seen them smile much in 30 years and would only ever complain about sheet. I am still in the first house I bought, grow my own food and live on about $600 a week and could be happier. I have never looked at it as my money and wouldn't know what to spend it on anyway.
