If the macro environment is stable, then yes it's a clear buy at these levels, however it broke to new all time highs very recently, and hasn't had much time or volume above 83 cents ever. Lots of that price is built on yet to be realised expectations so ordinarily as everything gets panic sold you'd lump this in with it and say it'd be ripe for a huge drop/shakeout especially with the apparently high level of retail interest. I'd just say congrats to us lowly retailers for holding fast. If we weather this storm there could be a sensational rebound when the expected news arrives. All depends on the financial world holding its s**t together and the fed/Chinese avoiding any stupid policy meeting moves!
