Angry, that's like saying that you shouldn't buy a house because you'll have to get a loan. The merit of buying any asset is determined not by the cost alone. What matters is the future earnings vs the initial investment. The earnings of DIA appear pretty strong, and we can expect to magnify those with various M&G offerings.
I'm expecting a debt and equity deal and I think future profits will go a long way to covering finance costs and share dilution.
