The FA simply needs the binding agreements and financing to happen. I am here long term for that prospect. If/when it happens the TA becomes meaningless (although some will mention, after the event, that the signs of a breakout were clear). TA is very good after the event - seldom wrong.
I also acknowledge that if finance etc fails to emerge then TNG will fall severely and I will lose quite a bit. Never invest in a spec stock more than you can afford to lose.
