So if 100% of the shortfall shares were committed to institutions who really wanted them, why are these shares now being put into a "retail bookbuild", as per the announcement today? I am assuming the bookbuild will result in a price driven by the level of buying interest existing right now ..... which could be a much lower price than the CR, given anyone can just buy on the market at $2.60 odd ?
