looks like profit will be circa 20% of 21m or about 4 million. The first two years a lot of the profit looks set to go to the current owners as further payments, but if new venture continues to grow 25 % there will be a bit more cash around, assuming ado status quo or revenue break even. I would bet at least 50% scrip, maybe even 75% or they will need to borrow to get thru the 2 years. Unless POC1 delivers as well. Dollar dropping helps these numbers so go china!
