Well said. I am of the opinion that these posts you are talking about should be left on display so everyone including the company can see the unsubstantiated stuff that is being said. A call to the company pointing out the posts that are of unsubstantiated content would be a better option so they can then decide whether its worth taking action against the poster or not.
