The key part of the announcement today is,

"As a result of the precipitous and severe decline in nickel prices, the Company is in discussion with third party financing parties."

1st party = MBN
2nd party = Noteholders
3rd party = ??

I reckon this phrase is a smoke screen "As a result of the precipitous and severe decline in nickel prices...".
MBN has been playing down all good announcements for a while now.
Great excuse tho, there is a precipitous and severe decline in nickel prices.
It reeks of manipulation.

These games are beyond me.
I am just a simple shareholder that owns a fraction of 5% of MBN.
There is no way for any of the normal shareholders to block any sort of move if it is supported by the majority holders.
The company is now out of our hands, we can't trade, we can't exit, we are now here for the ride.

It's going to be a long 4 weeks on the MBN forum.
(looking forward to the many theories that should emerge)
