GH if LNC win the best they will get is reimbursement of legal costs and the Gov will be forced to let them proceed with UCG.
PB has already said in old presentations that the project was not financially viable in Australia due to the high development cost of the plant and infrastructure. Thats why they looked to develop oversea's as it was cheaper.
So if they are allowed to proceed who in their right mind is going to lend them $2B to get it up and running.

Over the last couple of years you have disagreed with almost all I have said would happen and you have been wrong. I can't see anything changing this time.

My concern is still that some nieve investers may read your spin about huge legal settlements and get sucked into losing money on this stock. I have no problem with you losing money as thats your choice but I will do what I can to stop other people getting sucked in.
