    re the FED balance sheet, I was reading today they have said they will NOT rebuy treasuries from 2016; they will unwind their treasuries; and they have at least $800 billion to dump onto the market between 2016 and 2018; by 2018 I can see Belgium holding close to 3 Trill in these treasuries.
