placement ..... end of year in mind
Well the issued capital is about to head up towards 115 million shares fully diluted. extraordinary meeting to approve 10million new shares at discount to prevailing market price to sophisticated investors. they want to speed up marketing and development for medicvision stuff. seems fair enough, and at least the consultants are getting paid in options that expire dec 2006, suggests to me they believe price will be way above here at the end of the year, and maybe the cash for marketing will help speed that up. my only concern would be that we now have another month of people trying to drive sp down and manipulating the whole show. would rather have seen a spp. anyway, thoughts ??? cant see why superstructure and co would be happy to cop options instead of cash if they didnt think oppies had the potential to head a lot higher from here towards end of year ????
