this is a real shame to all CSM holders. To think this company was at the forefront of many other companies - first mover so to speak. Lot's of cash, paying good dividends - but what went wrong. MK went astray. got too big for his boots - and instead of buying assets that were currently in production, the funds were spent on buying into exploration and non producing assets. CSM market cap should have been $1B + given the head start they had to many other junior plays and the acquisition opportunities they had a couple of years ago. He is now abandoning ship to pursue other ventures. The new management need to take control of the sinking ship and establish their own PR relationship with the investment community and leave behind the legacy of MK.
