Hi All
Given that SHE are now fabricating the first Protean WEC array and I guess will be looking for MOU's with partners I was just reading up on the California State Renewables Portfolio Standard (RPS). California has legislated that all electricity retailers will have 25% of their electricity generated from renewables by 2016 and then 33% by 2020. Perfect timing for Protean Wave Energy Limited to start developing MOU's with partners from California's coastal towns and communities?
