And i see the UK business had an EBITDAW loss for the month of June.

Increases in revenue are not translating into profit which is unusual for a business with significant fixed costs.

And debt is reasonably high - high enough to warrant some attention.

The big risk here is whether any liabilities come out of the PSD acquisition and whether their WIP is worth anything.

Its all a bit messy IMHO.

I have purchased 2 parcels and it seems the business is quite undervalued but I am hesitant and need to spend the weekend running over the results.

Its frustrating when businesses have different sets of numbers, Stat numbers, adjusted numbers, normalised numbers.

Fingers crossed ASIC review is concluded and we see a good uplift in the share price.

Googled it and nothing matching came up....google didn't even know!
