I'd be more worried if a laywer was running a graphite company. Even more worried if lawyer running a graphite company released a sales contract only to release news the next day that a floor price can be lowered if prices drop below the previous stated floor price.

I would also be concerned if a laywer runing a graphite company says there is a finance deal and then say a few weeks later that the finance deal is contingent on drill results which need Jumbo flakes. Also I would be concerned about a lawyer running a graphite company who says he will not be waiting six months for finance. We have other sources and then says you will now be waiting one year or was it 18 months before you know if you are even getting finance

Then I would be concerned that a lawyer running a graphite company starts telling people that we only need hot spots of graphite in that new drilling campaign which is now taking one year because of severe hostile terrain. Hot spots? It is lawyer talk for the mine is a fizzes and we will try and convince holders otherwise

I know a thing or two about smoke and mirrors as well. Been down that path with BCC. A company that was killed by bad management. The problem is BCC had the product but management destroyed the company. In your case you don't have the goods and the management keeps over promising imo.
