IMO Australia is rooted for as long as this confrontational style of politics continues.
There needs to be parliamentary consensus reached on many pressing issues.
But that is not going to happen under the present front benches of the major parties who only play tit for tat politics.
And that is probably because they don't actually care what happens to the country anyway since their prime objective is serving the interests of the multinational business's who fund their campaigns so they can keep dodging taxes.
Labor and Liberal need to lose control of the parliament to minor parties and Independents so they are forced to start having sensible conversations with each other and forced to start acting in the countries best interests.
