I don't reckon the ACTU or AWU or CFMEU for that matter will appeal...it has become too political and will be a lead weight for the ALP if their supporters the trade unions keep this thing in the headlines...

The best thing the ALP can do now is to show support for the ongoing RC and prove that they are interested in having all corruption and thuggery removed from the trade union movement...if Bill Shorten has the gonads...lol
