    Cobber321, since your at risk of misrepresenting me, please don't reword what I post; just read it for understanding!

    It's my opinion that henceforth the findings and recommendations from the TURC will be dismissed by a large section of the population as the perception of bias has now been exacerbated. As is almost implicit in the legalistic reply from Justice Heydon, his decision is almost certainly now going toe end up as a challenge to the High Court.

    Meanwhile mainstream Australians are left wondering why the TURC only targeted the ALP and unions and why there was no RC into matters such as corporate corruption of the kind exposed about 7-Eleven or into the Liberal Party's own financial management:
