"Resistance is still at 1.7"
1.7 resistance is fact.
So, much else regarding prices to be driven up is purely speculative.
This doesnt have to close above 2c prior to trading halt just because there is an issue being done @ 2 cents.
These facts are already known by the market and it is pricing the company accordingly.
