I like this acquisition a lot.

Red Hot cyber security sector with most other companies having vastly larger MCs = huge upside on the MC from whence we stand right now.
Cap raising at min 2c as per ASX requirements but possibly much higher if the market likes it as we have seen with other recent listings.
Huge milestones in the agreement based on the size of the companies they must land deals with and then the size of the revenue from the deals themselves. No frothy giveaways there.
Based in North America not Perth.
No crazy start to the day and , interestingly, no ramping on the DT thread.

I think this is a winner from here and right now it certainly looks like it is getting ready for some creme de bunt. 2c could come alot quicker than we think if it starts steaming like ...er...some others did. I shall lay my nads on the line and say minimum .025c for end of this month
