    I think if they are raising $10 mil in this Crappy Market, they would do it at a decent say 30% or so discount . So iMO it can easily go to under 7c in the short term. Even blue chip companies are doing the CR at huge discounts. So any way I look at it, it will have down side risk in the Short Term.
