Australia's treatment of asylum seekers is a national disgrace.

To allow innocent children and their parents to wallow in detention for years is terrible, to ignore the abuse that goes on is despicable and to try and gag doctors, social workers and other staff from publicly reporting the abuse with the threat of jail is beyond contempt.

On a cost scale Abbott's refusal to shut the centers since the boats have slowed is economic madness and a HUGE waste of taxpayers money. Cambodia has played him for a mug!
