Samsung can drag this out forever by moving it to Singapore

Is it time for shareholders to start picketing their offices ?

Also which high level exec has been sacked for this mess---it would have been obvious to blind Freddie that this sort of stunt by Samsung was on the cards.

It's not 100% clear to me whether or not they have already been to Singapore, but I'm thinking yes.

"NRW anticipates significant cash inflow based on its assessment of the settlement value, which, due to the contractual dispute resolution process including arbitration in Singapore (under SIAC), remains commercial in confidence; "

"The adjudication process under the Construction Contracts Act 2004 (WA) (CCA) has to date resulted in awards of circa $26M in favour of NRW, with further claims pending;"

So how does it work?

A) The adjudication process they have undergone was in Australia, then we go to the Supreme Court (and then maybe the Appeals Court? and then the Australian High Court??) and Singapore Arbitration when?

OR

B) The Adjudication Process was in Singapore, is still ongoing ("with further claims pending;")
and we are now back in WA in court trying to get them to comply with the Adjudication outcomes delivered so far.

So I'm thinking B. Which is good: decision by impartial Australian Courts. May take a while but we should get there.

Any thoughts anyone?
