Potential annual billing for each client at the moment is $48k ($12k for Employ, $12k for Engage and $24k for Educate base pack). Educate has a top up option which can be added on as required (this could mean another $12k, $24k, $48k etc).

Obviously this is not huge money and as you said it doesn't really matter how large the client is. However the beauty of it is in a land and expand model - once RFN have the client signed and they are in bed with them they can then easily expand their services and upsell within their pool of clients. Jamie has said that he initially wanted to make all of the Employ trials free (instead of charging $1000 per month / $12k a year) just so they get in with each customer but later decided to nominate a token amount of $1k per month.

The other great thing is that by signing more and more clients as we go we are building up a substantial database of talent from all of these large companies. That in itself is very valuable when it comes to Employ so every new sign up (especially the large companies) are worth a lot more than $48k a year to RFN.
