You are mostly correct. I was a seed capital investor and ended up with more than 2m fpo's and options total. I bought in all three tranches at 5c, 10c and 15c with an average buy price of 6.6c for my more than 1m FPO's (all of the options were free issued at 1 for 1 with each tranche).

The only error you've made is about escrow. None of my shares have been escrowed since Central listed. The provisions are clear, shares for non-related seed capital investors are escrowed for 12 months from the date of purchase (as opposed to the date of listing). Since my initial investments were in Merlin which failed and then the Central float was delayed, by the time listing arrived, everything I hold was out of escrow.

BTW, I'm doing it again with a company by the name of Northern Territory Oil, which you should hear more about in the next few months. You may already recognise the name - they are one of the farminees for EGO's upcoming Moriary 1 well announced on 9 March 2006.
