Needs to be looked at in context Clayton. TCL does not re-value their roads as part of the P&L. Some others do. As a result the equity is understated from what would be shown on the balance sheet of, say, MIG. For roads I think the more important reader is what percentage of distribution is paid from cashflow and what from other sources, term of concession, how they fund the road, interest rates ...
