For those who do not know, Mowibble is talking about Savannah Resources, a UK listed company that has recently signed a large JV with Rio Tinto for its Mozambique mineral sands project(with a 51/49 split in profits). Savannah also happens to hold Blocks 4, 5 and 6 copper projects in Oman, right next door to our tenements and has hinted that it wanted to incorporate local joint ventures with a view to become a mid tier producer(I wonder who with? ) This is especially evident in its nomination of an advisor/broker a few months ago...

"Together with its Omani partners, it aims to outline further mineral resources to provide the critical mass for a central operating plant to develop the deposits."

What other critical mass could it be talking about other than what surrounds blocks 4, 5 and 6? i.e. ours?

Instead of focusing on the Mozambique JV with Rio, the CEO has been quoted on the UK version of HC as having said, 'Brief email exchange today got an immediate response ; “All is fine ! We’ll be making some more announcements soon. Best done in Sept as all back to work. I’m in Oman atm.”' The recent funding agreements around Savannah throws in even more smoke signals.

There is much more than what meets the eye here.
