What happens if a large number of investors do not return their forms, as they worry they might miss-out on a higher offer, & the offeror does not reach their target?
Are we left with directors who would rather be elsewhere, and with no other strategy going forward?
Will we receive an update from directors/offeror before expiry, as directors recommend acceptance?
