Re-rate, not rebate.
...and being realistic I don't expect it to re-rate before Christmas (sorry to dampen your expectations), as there's nothing to give this a foundation yet. Facebook, Instagram, I'm not pinning my hopes on VTX making $$ from speeding up that crap, it's fast enough as it is. There's more to it than social media imo.
