i have been trying in BC, Canada to locate the company, it's registered address, and/or any details with no luck.

this concerns me for a few reasons, as this combined with the made up, one page website suggests a rushed deal. There is no register of 'zyber' in the BC registry of names, or the national Canadian one. The website also lacks any indicator of location, contact or anything other than a drop page .

While the name could be registered under another company name, the incorporated name showing on the announcement does not register anything on google except where related to the DUO announcement, and does not register on any Canadian incorporation list.

i will keep checking, but for a company claiming to have deals in the pipeline and relationships with major players, there would be some corporate record of their dealings somewhere on the internet.

maybe they are so secure they are invisible.....
