BDR are not a ''sitting duck'' for a takeover.

It's not as though another company can just come in and buy up the entire script, if they tried to do that then they wouldn't get past 2 - 3% of issued shares before the market realized what was going on. At that point, the SP would spike and promptly put an end to the predators intended coup.

If they made a friendly offer to the directors, this would then get presented to the shareholders, however, I don't think the majority of shareholders would accept a sub 30 cents offer per share. I certainly wouldn't.

My estimate is that for a potential takeover to actually take place, or, be seriously considered, a company in the market for BDR would probably end up paying at least 50c/share. No one is going to buy BDR for less than 400 million, it won't happen.

This is precisely why we have not seen a takeover offer/attempt as yet. Just because the SP is at 11.50 cents does not mean the entire company is on sale for that price.

Regarding charts and future predictions based on charts. Falling wedges, death crosses, these are all euphemisms for mindless BS. Past performance is no predictor of future performance, there's always some trend that's about to change that no chart could foresee. A chart cannot predict the actions of China or the Fed.

If charts were the key to success, then everyone with a protractor and a ruler would be a millionaire.

    Cheers
    Ivan
