For my understanding, are the premiums quoted in your article meant to be "65% pellet over 62% fines"?
If that is the case, the premium implied by the MB does look too low.
As a matter of fact, though, the off-take agreement between Grange and Shagang does reference the weekly MB pellet price (see 2014 annual report, page 79).
Definitely something worth clarifying.
