A year ago ROC was HDR,s little brother with a measly interest in Mauritania and the price was in the $1.60,s same as HDR now ROC is north of $4 and HDR is south of $2 ????
Sheesh as Hardmano says we need a billion barrel comercial field in Uganda plus Tiof comercial announcement plus farm in to Exon in Guyane plus selling Falklands acerage for a billion dollars plus a free set of steak knifes and then maybe we may see a quadruple top at $2.50 again.
Hard to keep the faith now with a seriously unloved stock ( management look like geniuos,s now raising $200m at $2.35 ?
