Let's put it in practical terms. There was a 1,000,000 buy order which was cancelled before it was hit.
However, I don't believe that that order was one where it could be reliably cancelled before it was hit if someone really wanted to sell a million shares at the market.
So as far as I can see, there was a buy order and then the buy order was cancelled.
Nothing to lose any sleep about.
