I did bring up POKO (I hold) and got this response (or words to that effect) from Dave:
Yes it would be good to convert them but the main priority was to get the deal done then the relisting.
He mentioned this priority - to get the deal signed off and relisted - a couple of times through our conversation, so it clearly is his first priority. Hope this helps.
