I had the good fortune to meet the son of the future sultan of Oman recently in Thailand.
Alas no inside running on AUQ.
The country is anxious regarding the inevitable passing of the current Sultan.
They are not big fans of the KSA.
A well run 'secular' state and charming people.
May not help AUQ - but wait with interest as to how things play out.
