    Tale of 2 oilers. OSH up 17.4%. STO up 5.25%. SP finished near the day's high. Massive vols indicates some holders have taken profits. I doubt OSH will accept offer and wonder if WPL can afford to increase it. Big difference between STO and OSH is former yet to start LNG sales whereas OSH got into full stride some 15 months ago. The main prob is crap energy prices.
